Senior Accountant

GHJ Search and Staffing We’ve partnered with a growing manufacturing company seeking a Senior Accountant to support their expanding finance team. This position is ideal for a detail-oriented accounting professional with strong technical skills and a passion for process improvement in a fast-paced production environment.
Responsibilities:
Lead month-end and quarter-end close activities for manufacturing operations Prepare and review financial statements, including variance and cost analyses Assist with audit preparation and address technical accounting matters Collaborate with operations, supply chain, and production teams to improve systems and processes
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance 3–5 years of experience in related field (manufacturing industry experience preferred) Knowledge of US GAAP and hands-on ERP system experience (manufacturing ERP a plus) Strong understanding of inventory, cost accounting, and standard costing methods Experience working in a fast-paced, growth-stage environment is a plus
