You will be a hands-on machine learning practitioner and research leader, building and guiding models from inception to deployment, impacting millions of customers worldwide. Key job responsibilities

Develop AI solutions for Prime Video Search systems using Deep Learning, GenAI, Reinforcement Learning, and optimization techniques. Collaborate with engineers and product managers to design, implement, and deploy AI solutions end-to-end. Design and execute offline and online (A/B) experiments to evaluate solutions based on data analysis. Communicate technical ideas effectively to teammates and stakeholders. Keep abreast of advancements in the field and incorporate new techniques. Publish research findings at top conferences and journals. About The Team

The Prime Video Search Science team develops solutions to power search experiences across devices, focusing on sourcing, relevance, and ranking, working closely with engineering teams to deploy solutions in production. Basic Qualifications

PhD, or Master’s degree with 4+ years of experience in CS, CE, ML, or related fields. 3+ years of experience building models for business applications. Proficiency in Java, C++, Python, or related languages. Experience developing machine learning models or algorithms for business use. Preferred Qualifications

Enrolled in a PhD program in computer science, machine learning, engineering, or related fields. Experience in search, advertising, recommendation systems, or related domains.
