We are dedicated to providing personalized financial solutions to our clients. Role Description This is a full-time role for a Senior Tax Manager, located in Coppell, TX. The Senior Tax Manager will be responsible for overseeing and managing all aspects of tax planning, compliance, and preparation for a team of accountants. Day-to-day tasks include reviewing tax returns, ensuring tax compliance, researching and interpreting tax law, advising clients on tax-related matters, and developing tax strategies to mitigate risk and optimize financial performance and providing feedback to their team. The Senior Tax Manager will also be responsible for mentoring junior staff and maintaining client relationships. Qualifications Proficiency in Tax Planning and Tax Preparation Strong knowledge of Tax Compliance and Tax Law Comprehensive understanding of Tax regulations and requirements Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills Strong attention to detail and accuracy Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work well both independently and as part of a team Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (Master's degree preferred) EA or CPA Certification is preferred Seniority level
