Description In this role, you will be responsible for developing firmware in C to implement critical FW features for IPs inside SOC. You will need to understand IPs by reading their specifications. You will also support post-silicon bringup, validation, performance characterization, system integration, and debugging.

Minimum Qualifications

BS degree in a technical discipline with at least 3 years of relevant experience

Preferred Qualifications

Proven excellence in FW development using C and assembly language with ARM CPUs

Solid understanding of MCUs and ISR

Solid understanding of computer architecture

Experience with version control tools (git, Perforce) is a plus

Experience with real-time operating systems is a plus

Understanding of mixed-signal concepts is a plus

Familiarity with RTL or Verilog is a plus

Strong communication and presentation skills

At Apple, base pay is part of our total compensation package and is determined within a range. The base pay range for this role is between $139,500 and $258,100, depending on skills, qualifications, experience, and location.
