8+ years of experience in interaction, product, or service design Proven ability to solve complex design and product system challenges Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field; Master’s preferred Mastery of design tools such as Figma, Sketch, Adobe Creative Suite, and Invision Strong understanding of user-centered design processes and collaboration with cross-functional teams Track record of creating compelling customer experiences and inspiring teams Effective communication, presentation, and negotiation skills Organized, self-directed, and capable of managing multiple projects Passion for emotionally resonant products Strong online portfolio How you will lead
Engage deeply with customer needs and uncover hidden challenges Bring customer solutions to life through seamless human experiences and exceptional products Create innovative designs that motivate teams Communicate strategic ideas effectively and inspire storytelling Coordinate design efforts across teams and partners Advocate for design systems and ecosystem cohesion Apply strategic thinking to deliver end-to-end user experiences across platforms Design UI architecture and functionality based on usability and data Develop creative solutions within timelines and scope See design concepts through to customer benefits Contribute to team culture and quality standards Present and communicate ideas clearly to foster collaboration Use data to inform design decisions and understand user behavior Additional Details
