Job Summary: Northern Trust is a globally recognized financial institution providing innovative services to successful individuals and institutions. The Consultant in Investment Performance & Reporting will ensure the accuracy and timeliness of performance measurement information while partnering with stakeholders and participating in process improvements. Responsibilities: • Serves as the subject matter expert for one or more NTAM product offerings • Develops knowledge base and familiarity across the entire NTAM product suite • Identifies and implements process improvements • Participates in projects that affect all stakeholders including portfolio managers, client servicing, and product teams • Thinks critically to solve complex problems • Impacts quality of own work and the work of others on the team • Participates in committee meetings or meetings with senior management as well as assisting in meeting preparation. • May serve as a mentor, and provide informal guidance to junior team members Qualifications: Required: • Requires expanded conceptual knowledge of the investment management industry, specifically investment performance measurement and applications • Understands key business drivers; uses this understanding to accomplish own work • Explains complex information to others in straightforward situations • Highly flexible and adaptable to change • Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Office applications • A College or University degree and/or relevant proven work experience • Minimum 5 years investment management, asset management, or performance measurement experience Preferred: • CIPM or CFA a plus • Performance measurement experience with fixed income asset class is a plus Company: Connecting employers with the best and brightest ACCA talent Founded in 1904, the company is headquartered in London, UK, GB, with a team of 51-200 employees.
