Construction Project Manager

based in the

San Diego area

to oversee and deliver residential and ADU construction projects from start to finish. The ideal candidate has a strong background in residential construction, exceptional organizational skills, and the ability to lead teams while keeping projects on schedule and within budget. Key Responsibilities Manage all phases of construction projects, from pre-construction to closeout. Coordinate with architects, engineers, subcontractors, and clients to ensure seamless communication and execution. Oversee scheduling, budgeting, and procurement of materials. Conduct site visits to monitor progress, quality, and safety compliance. Anticipate and resolve issues or delays proactively. Ensure all projects adhere to local building codes, permits, and regulations. Maintain accurate project documentation and reporting. Lead project meetings and provide regular updates to management and stakeholders. Qualifications Minimum 8 years of experience

in residential construction project management, with a focus on ADUs, custom homes, or remodels. Strong knowledge of construction methods, scheduling, budgeting, and permitting in California. Excellent communication, leadership, and negotiation skills. Ability to read and interpret architectural and engineering plans. Proficient in project management software and Microsoft Office Suite. Local to the San Diego area and familiar with local subcontractors, suppliers, and permitting processes. Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation. Preferred Skills Experience managing multiple projects simultaneously. Knowledge of Title 24 and California building energy codes. Seniority level
