Your Role As a Gensler Marketing Specialist, you will create proposals, qualitative research, presentations, and other deliverables daily, both in print and digital, across multiple platforms. Success in this role requires proficiency with InDesign, strong graphic design skills, and excellent organization and project management abilities. You will be part of a team of creative professionals passionate about storytelling in the architecture and design industry. What You Will Do Collaborate with principals, senior staff, and marketing team members to design, write, and produce proposals, presentations, and marketing collateral aligned with brand standards. Participate in strategy and planning sessions, championing innovative ideas. Develop new materials to support business development efforts. Manage multiple marketing projects with tight deadlines. Gain comprehensive understanding of Gensler’s portfolio, practice areas, and capabilities. Coordinate business development activities, including managing lead information and opportunity tracking. Handle additional responsibilities as assigned. Be an active member of the marketing team. Your Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field. At least 5 years of professional experience in research, design, writing, and production of proposals and marketing collateral. Advanced skills in InDesign, with expertise in information design and layout. Knowledge of the business development proposal process (RFP/RFQ). Experience in the A/E/C industry is a plus; experience in architectural firms is especially valuable. To be considered, please submit your resume and portfolio in PDF format.
