Job Description
We’re seeking a Sr. UX Designer to lead and shape the user experience for our B2B product offerings. You’ll be part of a cross-functional team of product managers, engineers, and designers focused on delivering high-impact software solutions. This role offers the opportunity to drive end-to-end design—from early research and ideation to high-fidelity prototyping—while influencing product direction and technical implementation.
You’ll collaborate closely across disciplines, mentor other designers, and help elevate the overall design quality and strategy. This is a high-impact role where your work will directly affect customer satisfaction and business outcomes.
Key Responsibilities
Lead UX design efforts independently, balancing quality with technical and business constraints Engage with partners and end users to understand their needs and design intuitive experiences for onboarding, education, troubleshooting, and product usage Apply customer research, iterative design, prototyping, and usability testing to inform decisions Contribute to and evolve the design system and documentation for shared patterns and components Collaborate with stakeholders across Product, Engineering, Customer Experience, and Marketing Foster a culture of feedback and growth within the design team
Basic Qualifications
8+ years of professional design experience Strong portfolio showcasing UX and visual design work Proficiency with design and prototyping tools such as Figma, ProtoPie, Sketch, Photoshop, Illustrator, InVision, or similar
Preferred Qualifications
Experience designing complex workflows and SAAS applications Skilled in gathering user feedback through research and usability studies Familiarity with customer engagement and contact center use cases Expertise in facilitating design sprints or workshops 5+ years of experience designing for B2B solutions
Pay And Benefits
The pay range for this position is $60.00 - $65.00/hr.

Job Description
We’re seeking a Sr. UX Designer to lead and shape the user experience for our B2B product offerings.
