that is seeking a skilled
Construction Litigation Associate
to join its Tampa office. This is an excellent opportunity to work within a high-performing, collaborative practice group that handles complex litigation matters across the Southeast and Washington, D.C. Key Responsibilities: Manage all aspects of construction litigation independently or as part of a team Draft pleadings, motions, and discovery Conduct depositions and court appearances Collaborate with clients and internal teams to develop case strategies Maintain proactive case management and organization Qualifications: 4+ years of experience in construction litigation Excellent written and verbal communication skills Strong academic credentials Ability to prioritize and manage a dynamic caseload Compensation: Minimum billable hours:
1,850 Bonus structure: $10,000 bonus at 1,950 hours For every additional 50 hours beyond 1,950, earn
20% of your effective rate
