Job Summary: This position supports equity, inclusion, and diversity (EID) initiatives across workforce, care delivery, and community settings, aligning with organizational strategies. Responsibilities include participating in EID consultations, organizing activities, responding to inquiries about EID tools and resources, and supporting communication and change management efforts. The role involves developing business, process, or system requirements, working with stakeholders, supporting strategic planning, managing projects, and analyzing data to support initiatives. The position also emphasizes continuous learning, stakeholder engagement, and compliance with policies. Essential Responsibilities: Gather and document requirements for business, process, or system solutions within assigned domains, assessing costs, benefits, and ROI of proposed solutions. Support strategic planning by evaluating performance metrics and ensuring alignment with organizational objectives, managing initiatives to deliver measurable results. Engage stakeholders in change management activities to secure support and understanding of initiatives. Ensure adherence to policies and procedures across work activities. Collaborate with senior team members to align and coordinate diverse stakeholders, develop goals, and prepare reports and presentations. Promote continuous learning by staying informed about industry standards and participating in professional development activities. Conduct data analyses to evaluate business performance and support decision-making. Lead or support project management efforts, including planning, scheduling, risk management, and resource allocation. Analyze current and future processes to identify improvements and efficiencies, mapping operational impacts and value gaps. Foster effective relationships through resource sharing, communication, and feedback. Engage in self-development, adapt to change, and respond to feedback constructively. Complete work assignments efficiently, applying current knowledge and resources, and collaborating to solve problems.
