Job Description
Hawaiian Building Maintenance (HBM) is seeking a full-time Business Development Manager - Government Contracts. The ideal candidate will have a dynamic personality, be interested in learning about our company, and be capable of generating new business leads at the state and federal levels. Key skills include excellent customer service, communication and presentation skills, initiative, multi-tasking ability, proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel, advanced knowledge of contract and business proposals, and providing insight and thought leadership to senior management.
Must have a valid drivers license and pass a background check. Schedule:
Monday - Friday, with variable hours. **Availability on weekends and holidays is required; schedule may vary based on events and meetings.** Compensation:
$70,000 - $75,000 plus commission. Benefits:
