Base pay range

Responsibilities Manage all aspects of the project from preconstruction to closeout, including budgeting, scheduling, contracts, and team coordination Serve as the main point of contact for ownership, design teams, consultants, and subcontractors Develop and maintain the master project schedule in coordination with the Superintendent Lead project meetings, manage RFIs, submittals, and change orders Track project costs, review invoices, and ensure alignment with approved budgets Oversee subcontractor buyouts and negotiations Ensure strict adherence to safety, quality, and compliance standards Collaborate closely with field teams to proactively resolve issues Manage and mentor Assistant Project Managers and Project Engineers Qualifications/Experience Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Architecture, Construction Management, or a related discipline preferred; equivalent professional experience may be considered in lieu of a degree. Minimum of 5 years of hands-on project management experience, specifically overseeing projects valued at $25 million or more. PMP (Project Management Professional) or CCM (Certified Construction Manager) certification is a strong plus. OSHA 30 certification is preferred. Highly organized with exceptional attention to detail. Confident and effective in delivering presentations to both internal teams and external stakeholders. Proficient in Microsoft Excel and the full Microsoft Office Suite. Strong, proactive communicator—verbally, in writing, and over the phone. Collaborative team player with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships with colleagues, subcontractors, vendors, architects, designers, and community partners. Seniority level
