This role involves architecting, designing, and implementing SAP S/4HANA EAM solutions across all manufacturing and distribution sites. You will serve as a bridge between engineering, operations, IT, and technical teams, supporting a large-scale transformation from Maximo to SAP S/4HANA in a regulated environment. The position requires deep SAP expertise, especially in Plant Maintenance, Materials Management, Quality Management, and Finance modules, with a focus on compliance and scalable design. Responsibilities include: Gathering requirements, developing user stories, and stakeholder alignment. Supporting SAP EAM configuration and optimization. Managing Agile project plans, sprints, and change tracking. Coordinating data migration, process mapping, and training for transition from Maximo. Ensuring GxP and 21 CFR Part 11 compliance throughout SDLC. Overseeing data quality, stakeholder expectations, and offshore resource onboarding. Leading sprint planning, UAT, and innovative solution development using AI/ML. Qualifications: Doctorate, or Masters with 2+ years SAP experience, or Bachelors with 4+ years, or equivalent experience in SAP modules. Hands-on experience with SAP S/4HANA PM, QM, MM, and related processes. Knowledge of IoT, AI, ML, and SAP data migration is a plus. Certifications such as SAP Certified Application Associate are preferred. Benefits:
