Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Shop Manager located in Midland Park, NJ. The Shop Manager will oversee day-to-day operations, manage store activities, ensure smooth running of the shop, and provide excellent customer service. Responsibilities include coordinating with the estimating staff for timely pricing proposals, supervising glaziers for speedy installations, and maintaining high standards of workmanship and professional installations. The Shop Manager will also handle inventory management and ensure compliance with industry regulations.

Operations Management and Store Management skills Communication and Customer Service skills Aptitude for enhancing Customer Experience Strong organizational and multitasking abilities Ability to work effectively in a team and independently Prior experience in the construction or glazing industry is a plus Bachelor’s degree in Business Management, Operations, or related field a plus Seniority level
