Senior Software Engineer . We are a rapidly growing data platform, connecting to over 20K data providers across the world, with billions of transactions imported per year. We power Intuit’s market-leading products like QuickBooks, TurboTax, and Credit Karma. We’re looking for a passionate Software Engineer with strong full-stack experience. In this role, you will partner with engineering and design teams to build new data domains, develop simple 1-click user experiences, design low-code tools for developers, craft innovative methods to improve data quality, and create a platform that fuels the AI transformation of fintech. BS/MS in computer science or equivalent work experience 5+ years experience developing web and software applications Solid grasp of software engineering fundamentals and their practical application Experience with Object-Oriented Languages (Java/J2EE, Spring, Web Services, Oracle, Dynamo, AWS) and JavaScript/React Understanding of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) Experience with REST/GraphQL APIs (preferred) Knowledge of unit testing, TDD, functional testing, and performance testing Self-starter attitude and ability to make decisions independently Helpful, can-do attitude and ownership mindset Strong desire to learn and grow Excellent problem-solving skills with a history of successful delivery Excellent verbal and written communication skills Outstanding partnership skills How you will lead
Deliver high-quality web services and backend systems Engage in approximately 80-95% hands-on coding Participate in full lifecycle quality and engineering activities Partner effectively across teams to achieve goals Work cross-functionally with product management and other teams Contribute to team success and positive dynamics Apply technical skills to serve customers' needs Experience with Agile, SCRUM, or Extreme Programming methodologies Intuit offers a competitive compensation package, including base salary, bonuses, equity rewards, and benefits.
