to support our clients' AI initiatives. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of business objectives and client needs, with expertise in AI technologies such as machine learning, advanced analytics, and generative AI. A solid product management background and a track record of delivering impactful solutions across complex portfolios are essential. Maintain client relationships and tailor engagements to meet needs and expectations. Lead client engagements: conduct discovery, develop strategies, and deliver solutions while managing relationships. Maintain deep knowledge of AI solution frameworks, market trends, and tools across industries. Collaborate with clients to understand requirements and translate them into effective AI/ML/GenAI solutions. Ensure project delivery within timelines and budgets. Work with partner teams to deliver broader AI initiatives. Lead and mentor team members, fostering collaboration and innovation. Identify and communicate delivery risks. Supervise, train, and mentor staff and seniors. Occasional extended hours and travel may be required. Qualifications:

Bachelor's Degree required. 7+ years experience delivering AI and ML solutions in complex environments. 2+ years experience integrating GenAI into solutions. Preferred Skills:

Expertise in technology development environments. Experience in professional services or consulting. Knowledge of responsible AI governance frameworks. Ability to manage complex portfolios and align outcomes with client goals. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Strong problem-solving and strategic thinking skills.
