This role combines the rigor of a traditional theatre general management position with the energy, pace, and brand standards of an internationally recognized entertainment experience. The GM ensures that every performance runs seamlessly, every guest interaction meets the highest standard, and the production remains financially and operationally healthy. Key Responsibilities FINANCIAL LEADERSHIP Create, manage, and track the annual operating budget, aligning resources with both creative and business priorities. Monitor financial performance, analyze variances, and implement cost-saving or revenue-driving strategies. Oversee vendor contracts, purchasing, and expense approvals in line with company policies. Produce accurate and timely financial reports for leadership. OPERATIONAL OVERSIGHT Manage day-to-day operations of the show, including scheduling, staffing, and cross-departmental coordination. Ensure compliance with all local regulations, licensing requirements, and internal policies. Maintain a proactive approach to operational problem-solving, anticipating challenges before they arise. TEAM & CULTURE Partner with the Company Manager to lead a high-performing, motivated, and engaged team of cast, crew, and staff. Oversee onboarding and offboarding processes, ensuring a professional, welcoming, and brand-aligned experience. Promote a positive, inclusive workplace that reflects the values and personality of the MAGIC MIKE LIVE brand. CREATIVE & BRAND SUPPORT Collaborate with Producers, Creative Leadership, Marketing, and Ticketing to ensure operational decisions support the creative vision and guest experience. Oversee execution of special events, press performances, and brand activations. Serve as a visible representative of MAGIC MIKE LIVE to venue partners, vendors, and VIP guests. QUALIFICATIONS 7+ years of experience in general management, operations leadership, or company management in live entertainment, hospitality, or related industries. Strong background in budgeting, forecasting, and contract negotiation. Excellent leadership skills with the ability to manage complex, fast-paced, guest-facing operations. Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, able to work effectively with diverse teams and stakeholders. High level of professionalism with the flexibility to adapt in a dynamic environment. Reports To: Producer, MAGIC MIKE LIVE LAS VEGAS / Leadership, Mike’s Mobile Detailing LLC Location: Las Vegas, NV Employment Type: Full-time, on-site Salary Range: $110,000-120,000 annually plus benefits Seniority level
