We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Privileged Access Management (PAM) Platform Sr. Engineer to lead enterprise-level PAM implementations and ensure secure, scalable, and compliant access control across a diverse IT environment. This individual will play a critical role in designing, deploying, and maintaining PAM solutions, integrating with various infrastructure and security systems, and driving automation and governance best practices.
Key Responsibilities
PAM Leadership: Serve as the technical SME for PAM platforms—owning architecture, deployment, configuration, and performance optimization. Enterprise Implementation: Execute large-scale PAM deployments across Windows, Linux, and macOS environments. Policy & Governance: Develop and manage access policies, credential rotation, and access request workflows aligned with compliance standards. Integration & Automation: Integrate PAM with ITSM platforms (e.g., ServiceNow), SIEM tools (e.g., Splunk), directory services, and vulnerability scanners. Support & Troubleshooting: Provide expert-level support for PAM issues, onboarding, and platform tuning. Security & Compliance: Ensure platforms meet regulatory and internal standards (e.g., PCI DSS) through audit trails, session monitoring, and privileged access governance. Documentation & Enablement: Create technical documentation, SOPs, and training for internal teams and end users. Continuous Improvement: Stay updated with platform updates and industry best practices to optimize performance and security posture.
Required Qualifications
4–6+ years of hands-on experience with enterprise PAM platforms (e.g., CyberArk, BeyondTrust, Delinea) Deep knowledge of credential management, password rotation, session management, and access workflows Experience integrating PAM with directory services, ITSM tools, and cloud platforms Proficiency in Windows Server, Active Directory, Group Policy, and PowerShell scripting Solid understanding of Linux/Unix administration and shell scripting Familiarity with networking fundamentals (ports, protocols, certs, etc.) Experience with AWS, Azure, and containerized environments (Docker, Kubernetes) Knowledge of identity and access protocols: SAML, OIDC, OAuth, SCIM, LDAP
