Marketing Specialist

Position Title: Marketing Specialist – Growth & Performance Job Description: Responsibilities Develop and execute growth marketing strategies that drive measurable impact Partner with product, analytics, and creative teams to align marketing efforts with business goals Optimize campaigns using data-driven insights and performance metrics Present findings and recommendations to stakeholders in a clear, compelling manner Stay current on industry trends, tools, and best practices to continuously improve marketing effectiveness Minimum Qualifications 4+ years of experience in growth, performance, direct response, social, digital, cloud, or event marketing Proven track record of working cross-functionally with diverse teams and stakeholders Strong analytical mindset with the ability to translate data into actionable insights Preferred Qualifications Experience managing scaled marketing channels including email, social media, and paid media Proficiency with Google measurement tools such as Google Analytics and Data Studio Exceptional presentation and communication skills, with a knack for storytelling through data Demonstrated ability to think critically, solve problems creatively, and collaborate effectively across teams Seniority level
