Base pay range
$24.00/hr - $28.00/hr Posting: Our client is a global trading firm and looking for a detail-driven, people-focused Talent Acquisition Coordinator to keep their recruiting process running smoothly and deliver an exceptional candidate experience. You'll be the go-to person for scheduling interviews, coordinating logistics, and ensuring every candidate interaction reflects our high standards. You'll: Schedule and coordinate interviews across teams (virtual & onsite). Serve as a candidate liaison, keeping communication clear and timely. Manage logistics for technical and Super Day interviews. Maintain accurate data in ATS (Greenhouse) & HR systems (Workday). Support recruiters with reporting, travel arrangements, and special projects. You bring: 2+ years of admin, coordination, or HR/recruiting support experience. Experience with complex schedules and scheduling up to 75-100 interviews a week across multiple time zones Strong organization, attention to detail, and communication skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook (ATS experience a plus). Ability to juggle multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
