The role of the Project Manager is to plan, execute, and close-out projects based upon strict deadlines and budgets.
Directing and managing interior commercial construction projects for an entire project lifecycle.
Creating, implementing, and executing an overall project schedule that meets client requirements.
Collaborating with Estimating to review contract documents, and award subcontractors.
Reviewing all financial data with attention to detail to quickly identify potential/existing issues.
Administering the billing and collections process to ensure timely payments.
Communicating regularly with the Project Superintendent to maintain an updated and accurate project schedule, as well as keeping them active in decision making.
Meeting frequently with client representatives at various jobs to determine requirements and maintain favorable client relations.
