Job Summary: NTT DATA is a global innovator of business and technology services, seeking a Senior ServiceNow Platform Solutions Consultant to join their Business Process Consulting organization. The role involves partnering with clients to define their ServiceNow transformation and leading workshops to gather requirements aligned with best practices. Responsibilities: • Work closely with our clients to determine strategies for increased solutions adoption and organizational readiness • Leading functional discovery and process workshops and working sessions leveraging the NTT methodology • Defining industry and client specific business process solutions while identifying opportunities and advising on all things business process related to ServiceNow implementation projects • Furthering your ServiceNow Expertise by developing knowledge on multiple practices within the ServiceNow platform • Primary skillset in ITSM with secondary skillset with HRSD and experience with Integration between the modules. • Source to Pay Operations skillset; see below: • Stationery Requisition System • Vendor's Line-Item Change • Demand Management System (DMS) Qualifications: Required: • 4+ years of hands on ServiceNow experience • 3+ years of experience leading business process design workshops to elicit client requirements • 4+ years ITSM experience • 4+ years HRSD experience • 4+ years Integration experience (with ITSM and HRSD) • Primary skillset in ITSM with secondary skillset with HRSD and experience with Integration between the modules. • Source to Pay Operations skillset Preferred: Company: NTT DATA, Inc. is a trusted global innovator of business and technology services.
