Titan Hospitality is seeking a
General Manager
for a new restaurant concept. Our General Managers are restaurant professionals who uphold high standards of quality and guest satisfaction. We offer opportunities for growth and a friendly work environment. The General Manager oversees overall quality and profitability, leading front and back of house operations. She/he supports excellence in every aspect of the restaurant experience and aims to create a profitable, engaging, and nationally recognized establishment. Responsibilities
Supervising hiring, training, evaluating, and disciplining staff. Conducting staff training sessions. Upholding leadership behaviors and core values. Communicating effectively with staff and management. Managing guest satisfaction and service quality. Monitoring inventory, payroll, and operational reports. Collaborating on marketing and market analysis. Requirements
Minimum 5 years as a General Manager in a high-volume, fine dining restaurant. Degree in Hospitality Management or Culinary Degree preferred. Strong work ethic, attention to detail, multitasking ability. Leadership skills and excellent communication. Knowledge of P&L, business management, and classic wine service. Rewards
