Project Manager
for a Large Professional Networking Client. Job Title:
Associate- Project Manager Location : Hybrid in Sunnyvale or San Francisco (onsite days flexible) Duration : 6 Months Contract About the Role We are looking for an Associate Project Manager to join our team to help streamline and maintain internal processes for tracking initiatives (i.e. product-driven experiments) within the Online Subscriptions team. This is a hands-on role that involves managing data, coordinating updates across teams, and ensuring the integrity of our tracking systems. Support the Strategic Finance team for online subscriptions, focusing on managing the product repository process for tracking and updating experiments and initiatives. Ensure process integrity, weekly updates, and stakeholder engagement while the core team focuses on data foundation upgrades. Regular interaction with product managers, engineers, and other stakeholders (about 20 people) to ensure timely updates and process adherence. Collaboration with the Strategic Finance team, product, and engineering teams. Required Skills: 2+ years’ experience with non-technical project/program management Strong proficiency with Google Suite (especially Google Sheets) and Microsoft Office. Analytical curiosity is a plus. Comfort with AI tools (e.g., Copilot) is a nice-to-have for process improvement. Soft Skills- Excellent communication, collaboration, and stakeholder management. Ability to influence and follow up with multiple stakeholders to meet deadlines. Strong prioritization, task management, and risk management skills. Background Experience or Knowledge Experience as a project manager in a tech company, especially working with product and engineering teams. Online subscriptions experience is a nice-to-have, not required. Education: Bachelors’ degree is preferred but not required. PMP certificate is preferred A reasonable, good faith estimate of the minimum and maximum hourly wage for this position is $45- $50/hr. on W2 (Rate is based on experience).
