Developer Relations Our company is building the open-core platform for debugging and optimizing LLM applications. We empower AI teams with production-grade tracing, analytics, and evaluation—so they can ship reliable RAG pipelines, agents, and fine-tuned models with confidence. As the first DevRel hire, you’ll be the public face of our platform in the LLM/LLMOps community, connecting developers to the tools they need to tame generative AI complexity. From live-demoing trace visualizations at hackathons to writing guides on latency/toxicity monitoring, you’ll turn cutting-edge observability concepts into actionable insights. What You’ll Do Engage where developers learn : Provide expert commentary on LLMOps pain points (e.g., hallucination tracking, cost leaks) in
r/MachineLearning, Discord, and Hacker News —with authentic, platform-agnostic advice. Create definitive content : Publish tutorials (e.g., "Evaluating RAG Pipelines with Traces"), benchmark reports, and case studies that showcase observability best practices. Grow the community : Moderate our
Discord/Slack , host AMAs with engineers, and onboard OSS contributors. Speak and evangelize : Represent us at
LLM Summit, ScaleML, and meetups ; demo our platform in talks/workshops. Shape the product : Channel developer feedback (e.g., span-level filtering needs) to prioritize features. Build partnerships : Collaborate with
LLM framework teams
(e.g., LangChain, LlamaIndex) on integrations. Who You Are 3+ years in
DevRel, ML engineering, or OSS advocacy , with hands-on experience in
LLMOps, generative AI, or observability . Deep familiarity with
LLM stacks
(e.g., LangChain, OpenAI, vector DBs) and pain points (e.g., traceability, eval). Active in AI communities : You’ve written technical threads, contributed to OSS, or moderated ML forums. A storyteller who can explain
trace sampling tradeoffs
to engineers and
ROI of observability
to execs. Entrepreneurial and data-driven—you’ll define our DevRel metrics (e.g., community growth, content reach). Apply to champion the future of LLM observability! Seniority level
