Returns Management / Reverse Logistics / EDI Integrations Job Summary: We are seeking a senior SAP SD / OTC Analyst with deep EDI integration expertise across Sales Orders, Shipping, and Billing. This role will be customer-facing, working closely with business teams to design and deliver solutions that integrate SAP ECC with front-end platforms like Service Cloud for RMA/complaints management. Responsibilities: Act as the primary liaison between business stakeholders and technical teams for OTC processes Lead EDI integration efforts for Sales Orders, Shipping, Billing and Return. Collaborate with Service Cloud teams for RMA process integration with SAP Analyze and document business process requirements and propose solutions Support UAT, training, and go-live activities Required Skills: 12+ years in SAP SD / OTC functional roles Expertise in EDI mapping & integration for OTC flows Excellent communication and client-facing skills Nice to Have: S/4HANA exposure Service Cloud integration experience Knowledge of MM, WM, FI integration Seniority level
