Havas Edge Boston Job Description : The Media Supervisor, Health Media, is a key member of the Health Media Hub team responsible for delivering innovative and performance-driven digital campaigns for healthcare clients. You will lead in selecting media partners to meet strategic and tactical objectives in collaboration with Strategy and Communications teams, focusing on healthcare and pharmaceuticals. You will manage vendor relationships, negotiate rates, and ensure the execution of plans with excellence. You will provide data for group reporting, understanding healthcare partners, audiences, and guidelines. You will coordinate with the Health Media and Digital teams to organize workflow, manage digital buyers, and ensure strategic goals are met across channels. The Media Supervisor should stay informed about industry trends and digital innovations, educating clients and teams on new opportunities and challenges. WHAT YOU'LL DO : Media Planning Creation and Execution : Manage the full cycle of media campaigns from readiness to launch. Recommend site partners for targeted buys to meet campaign goals. Provide strategic guidance on pharma-specific publishers and FDA media regulations. Negotiate with media partners on rates, value, and terms. Approve RFPs before submission. Evaluate vendor proposals qualitatively and quantitatively. Collaborate with specialty teams for cohesive planning. Support content development for partners and programs. Maintain client status reports for the Digital Media team. Campaign Execution : Ensure campaigns are executed flawlessly within budget. Provide insights, reporting, and optimization recommendations. Handle billing discrepancies and prepare site trading reports. Determine strategic and tactical campaign approaches across channels. Create client-facing digital investment plans with KPIs and budgets. Assess media performance against objectives. Supervise media research, planning, and execution activities. Work with digital teams to meet campaign goals. Ensure quality and accuracy in project delivery. Understand client business and consumer journey. Build strong relationships with internal teams and clients. Manage client requests related to campaigns and budgets. Collaborate with analytics teams to evaluate KPI success. Stay updated on industry standards and new media opportunities. Lead and motivate team members, fostering agency teamwork. Salary Range :
$100,000 - $125,000 WHO YOU ARE : Position Requirements : 4-5 years' experience in digital media, with 2-3 in healthcare/pharma agency. Experience in Display, Mobile, Programmatic advertising. Familiar with tools like AdServer, Prisma, Nielsen, @Plan, AdRelevance, Google Analytics. Knowledge of FDA regulations for pharmaceutical advertising. Strong media research and data leverage skills. Understanding of strategic marketing and advertising principles. Proven success in client relationships and campaign ownership. Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment. Excellent communication skills and attention to detail. Self-motivated with a proactive approach. Preferred Education, Experience, and Skills : Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Advertising, or related field. Advanced skills in PowerPoint and Excel for data analysis and presentations.
