The Job
Lead, train, and support a team to deliver a SuperSONIC experience to every guest Manage daily operations to ensure quality food and excellent customer experiences Celebrate team successes and coach for performance improvement Enforce safety and sanitation standards while complying with all regulations
Responsibilities Include
Hiring, training, and developing a team of Great People Managing profit and loss statements to exceed expectations Resolving employee concerns with a thoughtful approach Creating a positive and fun atmosphere during shifts Using metrics to evaluate performance and make improvements

Prior management experience in restaurant or retail industry High standards for yourself and the team Positive attitude and resiliency in stressful situations Willingness to learn, grow, and work irregular hours
