As our Director of Operations/Manufacturing, you'll be the strategic leader driving operational excellence, innovation, and growth across our multi-site operation. What You'll Accomplish:
Strategic Leadership & Impact
Drive transformational results
across three manufacturing facilities, setting the vision and strategy that moves the needle on performance, efficiency, and profitability Champion operational excellence
by developing and executing strategic operating plans that deliver measurable improvements in attainment, delivery, and efficiency Lead from the front
with a hands-on approach, working directly with plant leadership teams to exceed performance targets and overcome challenges Team Development & Coaching Develop the next generation of leaders
by mentoring and coaching Plant Managers, providing them with the tools, feedback, and support to excel in their roles Build winning cultures
that foster continuous improvement, accountability, and collaboration across all three facilities Create clear pathways for success
through goal-setting, performance tracking, and actionable development plans Innovation & Continuous Improvement Spearhead major manufacturing projects
and capital investments that drive long-term competitive advantage Implement maintenance strategies
that maximize equipment effectiveness and minimize downtime Drive cost optimization
initiatives across material usage, labor efficiency, and overhead expenses while maintaining quality standards Maximize plant performance, efficiencies, and growth
through collaboration with plan teams on key initiatives Customer Excellence Ensure exceptional customer satisfaction
by overseeing the precise fulfillment of orders that meet or exceed quality, quantity, and cost specifications Build operational resilience
that supports our customers' success and strengthens our market position What You Bring to the Table: Educational Foundation Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Operations Management, or related field Proven Track Record 10+ years of food manufacturing leadership experience
with demonstrable results in plant management and operational improvement Change leadership expertise
with a proven ability to drive transformation through project management, continuous improvement, and strategic thinking Hands-on leadership style
that combines strategic vision with boots-on-the-ground execution Core Competencies Results-driven mindset
with strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities that translate into measurable business outcomes Exceptional communication skills
that enable you to influence and collaborate effectively across all organizational levels, from front-line teams to executive leadership Technical proficiency
in food manufacturing, including both process and packaging systems, plant trials and commercialization, and reliable maintenance programs Project Management and Execution
on key initiatives for plant improvements, capital projects, and process improvements. Includes managing vendors and internal teams to deliver projects within designated timeframe and budget Flexibility and mobility
