Job Summary: Instem is a global provider of bespoke industry-leading software solutions and services for the drug discovery process. They are hiring an IS Systems Administrator to provide support to internal customers, manage requests, and oversee IS projects as assigned by management. Responsibilities: • Responding to requests for assistance from internal users ensuring problems are resolved quickly and efficiently. • Organising external support and sourcing spare parts to ensure timely resolutions • Responsibility for larger and more complex infrastructure projects working independently and with other team members to meet project goals and timelines • Responsibility for either geographic or entire functional aspects of our infrastructure • Supervising of IS Systems Engineers • Adherence to the Company’s Quality Management System to ensure that all work is handled Securely, Professionally and Diligently. Qualifications: Required: • In-depth knowledge of specialist operating systems, packages and services • Familiarity with relevant technical information resources Company: Instem is an information solution and scientific insight services provider for Life Sciences.
