Responsible for defining ALSAC’s standards for computer, network, data integration, and software technologies (Enterprise Architecture). Leads the development of enterprise standards to ensure long-term operational effectiveness—supportability, reliability, scalability, and extensibility—and efficiency through cost engineering and re-use. Ensures business solutions align with enterprise architectural strategies. Collaborates with stakeholders to elicit, analyze, communicate, and validate requirements for changes to ALSAC’s enterprise technology environments. Essential Job Functions

Develops strategies and solutions for ALSAC’s technology environment, evaluating efforts to ensure organizational effectiveness and efficiency. Identifies business opportunities for Enterprise Architecture and influences teams to deliver aligned solutions. Participates in ITS Change Control and Architecture Review Board; coordinates architecture activities with the hospital as directed by the CIO. Structures resources and activities of Enterprise Architecture and Business Intelligence to meet strategic objectives. Develops, documents, communicates, and directs strategies linking application, data, and technical architecture. Ensures efficient operation of business systems through standardization, re-use, and application of enterprise standards. Engages with development teams to align technology solutions with enterprise roadmaps and standards. Implements metrics to measure effectiveness, usage, and awareness of architectural practices. Manages third-party partnerships, vendor relationships, and negotiations. Mentors and coaches team members, instills customer focus, and promotes excellence across technology teams. Coordinates with leadership to uphold security, privacy, and compliance standards. Supervises managers and directors, providing coaching and performance management. Collaborates on ITS strategy, projects, and operations with senior staff and governance committees. Works with development teams to promote best practices for code commits and CI/CD pipelines. Qualifications & Experience

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Business/Information Systems, or related field. 10+ years in architecture, integration, and business intelligence, including 5+ years in technical management. Experience with Oracle Fusion (SaaS), Financials, Supply Chain, and Order Management systems. Proven leadership in ERP systems strategy, implementation, and roadmaps. Deep understanding of enterprise data, ingestion, integration, and hybrid environments. Experience with streaming technologies, APIs, and hybrid environments (AWS, SaaS, on-prem). Familiarity with AWS Redshift, Data Lakes, and Data as a Product principles. Full stack development experience with .NET Core, SQL Server, containers, Kafka, and APIs. Strong Java knowledge, including OOP, Collections, Concurrency, and JVM internals. Experience with microservices, distributed systems, event-driven architectures, and design patterns. Hands-on with Mulesoft, Kafka/Confluent, and CI/CD pipelines. Knowledge of Salesforce platform, including Marketing Cloud, Sales/Service/Data Clouds. Ability to troubleshoot issues and deliver scalable solutions. Comfort with ambiguous problems and delivering simple, effective solutions. Benefits & Perks
