Key Responsibilities: Organizing, directing, and managing multiple, complex and inter-related IT projects. Manage teams of 20+ project support personnel and interface with senior OIG leadership, including the CIO. Responsible for the overall management of multiple IT projects and ensuring that the technical solutions and schedules in the projects are implemented in a timely manner. Meet with OCIO customers and staff to formulate and review task plans and deliverable items Ensure conformance with program task schedules and costs Establish and maintain technical and financial reports to show progress of projects to management and customers Oversee the successful completion of all assigned tasks. Work cohesively with the Contracting Officer (CO), IT support staff, customers, and senior leadership. Required Qualifications: Minimum of five (5) years of experience as a Project Manager for a Federal Agency Bachelors degree, or higher, in an IT- or business-related field. Project Management Professional (PMP) certification. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Expert knowledge of Microsoft Project software. Experience providing project briefs to senior executives. Experience implementing or working with Agile/Agile-Hybrid methodologies in the public sector.
