Charlotte Tilbury is currently recruiting Freelance Brand Experts to join the team. This position will be part of the Charlotte Tilbury freelance Brand Expert team. As a member of this team, you will need strong artistry, sales, and service talents. You will teach customers Charlotte's secrets of artistry learned over 20 years working with top celebrities and brands. You will deliver Charlotte's philosophy of artistry made easy and help build an amazing beauty business. You need to be sales-driven with experience in beauty and retail. Responsibilities Promote and create makeup magic in store, representing the ethos, products, and image of Charlotte Tilbury. Drive business through exceptional makeup artistry and customer service. Achieve sales targets by providing a personalized shopping experience. Maintain high standards of counter hygiene, visual merchandising, and inventory management. Assist with events and communicate effectively with the brand field team.

Requirements

Strong artistry skills and sales experience in beauty and retail. Passion and enthusiasm for the Charlotte Tilbury brand. Excellent customer service and communication skills.
