Our client, a global investment bank, is currently looking for a VP to join their
growing platform with strong deal flow and significant exposure to corporate credit, project finance, and M&A transactions. The team covers a diverse client base across the U.S., with a focus on large-scale financings and advisory in the renewables sector. Key Responsibilities Lead and execute credit transactions, from pitch through closing. Oversee due diligence, structuring, documentation, and portfolio management. Act as a key liaison with clients, legal advisors, and internal product teams. Mentor junior staff and help drive business development efforts in the sector. Scope Manage and execute corporate credit, project finance, and M&A-related financings in the Power & Renewables space. Structure transactions and negotiate deal documentation in collaboration with legal teams. Conduct credit risk analysis and prepare recommendations for internal committees. Support origination by developing pitch materials and participating in client calls. Work closely with the portfolio management function to monitor performance and mitigate risk. Coordinate with debt capital markets, risk management, and sponsor coverage teams to deliver integrated solutions.. Qualifications 8+years of experience in credit, project finance, or leveraged finance, with a strong track record in the Power & Renewables sector. Prior VP experience for at least 2-3 years' Previous execution experience across multiple transactions Base Salary - $190,000 - 210,000 Seniority level
