Responsibilities:
Design and develop AI and machine learning models and algorithms to solve complex problems and optimize processes.
Implement end-to-end machine learning pipelines, including data preprocessing, feature engineering, model training, and evaluation.
Conduct experiments and perform thorough evaluation of model performance using appropriate metrics and validation techniques.
Collaborate across backend, frontend, and data teams to integrate AI agents, multi-agent orchestration workflows, and MCP-compliant tools into PRIMA’s Control Tower and runtime environments.
Stay current with advancements in AI/ML research, technologies, and best practices.
Mentor junior team members and contribute to a culture of learning and innovation within the organization.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment with business goals and priorities.
You will work with architecture and the innovation team to assess and research technologies and frameworks for our Cloud & AI/ML pipelines
Understanding customer requirements and project KPIs
Design and implement cloud-native pipelines and infrastructure using IaC and DevSecOps principles
Setting up tools and required infrastructure
Defining and setting development, test, release, update, and support processes for DevOps operation
Have the technical skill to review, verify, and validate the software code developed in the project
Troubleshooting techniques and fixing the code bugs
Monitoring the processes during the entire lifecycle for its adherence and updating or creating new processes for improvement and minimizing the wastage
Encouraging and building automated processes wherever possible
Identifying and deploying cybersecurity measures by continuously performing vulnerability assessment and risk management
Design and extend PRIMA’s AI runtime architecture, including LangGraph- or pydantic-AI-based agent workflows.
Incidence management and root cause analysis
Coordination and communication within the team and with customers
Selecting and deploying appropriate CI/CD tools
Strive for continuous improvement and build continuous integration, continuous development, and constant deployment pipeline (CI/CD Pipeline)
Other duties as assigned.
Requirements
Required Qualifications:
Bachelor's Degree or equivalent in experience in Engineering, Computer Science, or related field
2-4+ years working in AI/ML, DevOps, development, IT consulting or other technology related fields
Strong experience with graph databases
Experience with pydantic-at, LangChain, LangGraph, pydantic-AI, or other AI agent frameworks.
Strong experience with AI/ML libraries such as scikit-learn, SparkML, TensorFlow, PyTorch
Proficient with relational databases and advanced SQL
Experience configuring and managing vector databases and associated embeddings
Skilled in debugging AI systems, data anomalies, and deployment issues in distributed systems
Working knowledge of various tools, open-source technologies, and cloud services
Awareness of critical concepts in Security, DevOps and Agile principles
Experience with Docker, Kubernetes, and container-based deployment
Familiarity with embedding models, chunking strategies, and retrieval pipelines in a production environment.
Understanding of agent frameworks and AI tool routing patterns
Strong experience with data mining, supervised, and unsupervised learning methodologies including data dimensionality reduction, correlation analysis, linear regression, PCA, clustering, random forest, etc.
Working Environment:
eSimplicity supports a hybrid work environment operating within the Eastern time zone so we can work with and respond to our government clients. Expected hours are 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM Eastern unless otherwise directed by your manager.
Occasional travel for training and project meetings. It is estimated to be less than 25% per year.
