Key Responsibilities Defend clients in personal injury litigation, including vehicle accidents, premises liability, and product liability cases. ️ Manage all litigation phases, from discovery and motions to trials and appeals, in state and federal courts. Collaborate with a team of experienced attorneys, on high-exposure cases. Conduct legal research, draft pleadings, and represent clients in negotiations and court proceedings. ️ Build and maintain client relationships, with opportunities to handle referred work and grow your practice. Qualifications JD from an accredited law school and active Texas Bar membership. 5–10 years of experience in personal injury defense ️ Strong analytical, writing, and oral advocacy skills with a proactive, team-oriented mindset.
