Infrastructure Lead

This role will lead a cross-functional team, drive infrastructure strategy, and ensure reliable, secure operations across the organization. Key Responsibilities: Oversee infrastructure planning, upgrades, and daily operations Lead network, server, telecom, and help desk teams Develop and maintain infrastructure policies and procedures Manage vendor contracts, budgets, and procurement Ensure performance, security, and compliance across systems Provide leadership, mentorship, and team performance oversight Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field 5+ years in IT infrastructure; 3+ years managing teams Strong technical background in network and server systems Experience with SLAs, vendor management, and hands-on troubleshooting Cisco, Meraki, or Palo Alto certifications are a plus Mainz Brady Group is a technology staffing firm with offices in California, Oregon and Washington.
