Lead and review complex tax engagements across entities, individuals, estates, and trusts
Provide tax research, planning, and consulting to address client needs and identify opportunities
Manage engagement workflows, supervise staff, and mentor team members for skill development
Serve as primary client contact, fostering strong relationships and coordinating with other advisors
Contribute to firm growth through practice development and cross-selling opportunities
