We get the job done but know how to bring in the fun. Position Overview: We’re actively seeking an experienced Spanish speaking Associate Attorney to join our practice in Concord, CA, immediately. The ideal candidate will bring at least 2 years of experience handling immigration matters, including but not limited to petitions, consular matters, waivers, removal proceedings, appeals, and various applications and filings with USCIS, DOJ, DOL, and/or DOS. We’d prefer someone who is competent as well as a “people person” who can join our friendly team. Key Responsibilities: • Handle a diverse caseload of immigration matters • Draft and file petitions, applications, and court filings • Represent clients in consular matters, waiver applications, removal proceedings, and appeals • Conduct thorough legal research and provide written and oral advice to clients • Maintain excellent organizational and time management skills to manage multiple cases efficiently • Provide exceptional client service, ensuring timely and accurate communication Qualifications: • At least 2 years of experience as an attorney handling immigration matter • Bi-lingual (Spanish) proficiency is highly desirable • Strong research, writing, and computer skills • Excellent organizational and time management skills • Demonstrated commitment to client service • Resourcefulness and the ability to think creatively to solve complex problems • Admission to the California Bar or the ability to obtain admission promptly • Competitive salary commensurate with experience • Benefits including health, dental, and vision insurance, and retirement plans Application Process: Interested candidates are invited to submit their applications via LinkedIn.
