The Chief Financial Officer (CFO) is responsible for managing the financial actions of the company. As a key member of the executive leadership team, the CFO provides strategic financial input to support company growth, sustainability, and profitability. This role oversees all financial planning, budgeting, accounting, and reporting activities, ensures compliance with applicable laws and regulations, and serves as a key advisor to executive leadership.

Lokre is positioned to meaningfully scale their business over the next 5 years at a speed and scale the company has not seen since inception by focusing on two primary initiatives. With exclusive rights to the state of Wisconsin, Lokre is scaling the most progressive car wash brand in the country, across the entire state of Wisconsin building an estimated 25 car washes over the next 5 years alone. Additionally, over the past 3 years, Lokre has developed a progressive multifamily concept for millennials and gen z with the mission to create living environments that inspire people to progress holistically in their lives. Lokre is positioned to scale this concept to be its own national brand. They also will continue to grow their extensive commercial real estate portfolio throughout the Midwest with over 80 restaurants, industrial, shopping centers, and mixed use projects. Their investments include other businesses as well as a portfolio of hotels.

There will be growth opportunity in this role as well as the ability to learn directly from our leadership team about any part of the real estate business that interests you.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and execute the company’s financial strategy to support its strategic objectives.

Direct all aspects of financial planning and analysis, budgeting, forecasting, cash flow

management, and financial reporting.

Maintaining accounting processes

Ensure timely and accurate financial reports to executive leadership.

Oversee all accounting operations, including general ledger, accounts payable/receivable,

payroll, tax, and audit functions.

Ensure compliance with all regulatory and reporting requirements (e.g., GAAP, IFRS,

SEC filings, if applicable).

Lead risk management efforts, including insurance, legal, and internal controls.

Manage capital structure, including financing, investor relations, and banking

relationships.

Evaluate and advise on the impact of strategic initiatives, mergers/acquisitions, and

market expansion.

Build and maintain a high-performing finance and accounting team.

Partner with executive leadership on business decisions, performance monitoring, and

long-term planning.

Serve as a liaison to external stakeholders, such as auditors, investors, and regulatory

agencies.

Maintain and review fixed assets for the company in compliance with capitalization

policy

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (Master’s degree or CPA/MBA

preferred).

10+ years of progressive financial leadership experience

Experience and knowledge of the real estate industry, a plus

Demonstrated success in strategic planning, financial modeling, and risk management.

In-depth knowledge of financial regulations and compliance standards.

Strong leadership, analytical, and communication skills.

Experience with financial systems and data-driven decision-making.

Ability to operate at both strategic and tactical levels.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $120,000.00 - $150,000.00 per year
