Operations Engineer (ACMV/North)

Job Responsibilities Manage projects and maintenance contracts, coordinating sub-contractors, service providers, suppliers, and clients to meet contractual requirements and deliverables. Lead teams in the supply, installation, preventive and corrective maintenance of ACMV systems, including chilled water, AHUs, FCUs, VRV, mechanical ventilation, and BMS. Perform hands-on field work, including testing, commissioning, and first-level troubleshooting of BMS and field devices. Monitor chiller plant and equipment operations for performance and efficiency. Prepare project progress and maintenance reports, and manage contract billing cycles. Job Requirements Diploma or Degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering. 1–2 years’ experience in ACMV maintenance, preferably with industrial or commercial air-conditioning/chiller systems. Strong skills in project coordination, team leadership, and troubleshooting. Able to work independently, with a positive attitude, and willing to respond to site during non-office hours when required.
