Familiarity with healthcare data, billing processes, and reimbursement systems is highly desirable.
The Data Analyst is responsible for ensuring the accuracy, relevance, and accessibility of data across the organization. This role involves monitoring and maintaining dashboards and reports, leveraging analytics tools like Sigma Computing to provide actionable insights. The Data Analyst will collaborate with cross-functional teams to quickly respond to data requests, identify new datasets, and streamline reporting processes, all while maintaining data integrity and governance. This role plays a key part in driving data-driven decision-making and operational efficiency across the company. Monitor data trends to ensure dashboards and reports are accurate, up-to-date, and actionable for operational teams. Continuously explore the companys data landscape, uncovering new insights and identifying the most relevant datasets to address business challenges. Respond promptly to requests for new reports or data insights, collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver timely and useful information. Leverage Sigma Computing and other analytics tools effectively to create cost-conscious, impactful dashboards and reports. Streamline the report-building process to reduce turnaround time, enabling teams to make data-driven decisions more quickly. Design intuitive, user-friendly dashboards that allow non-technical users to easily navigate and interpret data. Innovate and scale analytics capabilities by integrating additional data sources and developing complex visualizations to meet growing operational needs. Ensure data integrity by maintaining accurate, reliable, and governed data across all reporting and analytics. Collaborate with stakeholders from various departments to understand their data needs and deliver tailored reports and dashboards. Serve as the primary expert on Sigma Computing, providing support and insights to ensure teams have the necessary tools to operate efficiently. Utilize analytics tools effectively to minimize unnecessary costs while maximizing outcomes and operational efficiency. Other job-related duties as assigned

Education And Experience
Bachelors degree in Data Science, Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Analytics, or a related field. At least 3 years of experience working with data analysis and database management, specifically with Snowflake, PostgreSQL, and MS SQL. Proven experience in data governance, ensuring data accuracy and integrity. Strong experience in creating data visualizations using Sigma, Tableau, or similar tools, with a focus on user-friendly and visually effective dashboards. Knowledge of healthcare data structures, terminology, and billing/reimbursement processes is highly preferred.
Knowledge, Skills, And Abilities
Strong proficiency in Snowflake, PostgreSQL, and MS SQL. Excellent attention to detail and data accuracy. Customer service-oriented approach with excellent communication skills. Familiarity with UI/UX principles for data visualization. Expertise in Sigma or Tableau, with the ability to design user-friendly and visually appealing customer-facing dashboards. Collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively across teams and departments.
