Below is the current opportunity to begin or continue your Boston College experience! The Assistant/Associate Director of Stewardship and Donor Engagement will manage a portfolio of impact reports. Responsibilities include project management, content creation, editing, proofreading, and design, as well as coordinating outreach to recipients of endowed and current-use funds, primarily focusing on faculty reporting. The role involves gathering letters, data, publications, and updates on funded research or projects, participating in donor engagement events, and overseeing database updates and beneficiary records. Collaboration with School Development partners on stewardship initiatives is also required. Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis. Salary ranges are as follows, based on experience and qualifications: Associate Director (5+ years): $72,480 - $90,600 Assistant Director Level 2 (3-5 years): $65,560 - $81,950 Assistant Director Level 1 (1-3 years): $59,400 - $74,250 Requirements Bachelor’s degree required. Experience levels vary by position, from 1 to 7 years in complex fundraising environments, preferably in higher education and capital campaigns. Candidates should understand fundraising strategies, donor relations, and fund administration, with proficiency in project management, web-based tools, and CRM systems like Blackbaud or Mythos. Strong project management, analytical, decision-making, and communication skills are essential. Ability to work under tight deadlines, handle sensitive information, and collaborate effectively are required. Technical skills include proficiency in Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, Adobe Suite, and InDesign. Ideal candidates are self-motivated, strategic, detail-oriented, and professional.
