The CEO Engagements Team creates opportunities to build and deepen CEO relationships by executing impactful engagement opportunities. The team sits within the Global Executive Marketing function which builds and launches programs that are intended to build, deepen, and strengthen relationships with top decision makers to drive business.

The CEO Engagements Team is seeking an Executive Events and Experiences Program Manager to manage the operations and details of complex programs. This candidate will support creating executive level onsite experiences and events that raise the bar. They will have experience running events from end to end including invitation creation, registration tracking, guest communications, etc.

This position works on several high-impact, high-visibility programs and interacts with a diverse group of globally distributed stakeholders. It requires an individual with attention to detail and excellent organizational and communication skills. This role requires the candidate to insist on the highest standards and dive deep. The ideal candidate demonstrates effective executive presence, is comfortable in a fast-paced, high-stakes environment and adapts well when navigating change.

Key job responsibilities

Contribute to event workstreams such as menu creation, gifting, transportation, etc. Lead post-event evaluations and feedback sessions. Liaise with stakeholders to understand key priorities and make event-focused recommendations accordingly. Manage vendor relationships, contracts, and budgets. Provide strategic recommendations regarding audience curation. Track, manage, and communicate attendee registration status for events.

A day in the life

Engaging with executive offices regarding event participation. Updating and maintaining attendance trackers and details. Participating in cross functional calls with stakeholders including vendors to discuss and plan event activations. Scenario plan and recommend approach for onsite experience and logistics. Review vendor recommendations for décor, gifting, and menu selection. Research and understand customer audience.

Basic Qualifications

Experience using Microsoft Excel to manipulate and analyze data 4+ Years of experience running and coordinating events

Preferred Qualifications

Experience using customer research, hard data and metrics to back up assumptions, generate forecasts, and assess the efficacy of marketing programs Experience utilizing systems and tools involving email, web, analytics, and CRM (Marketo, Tableau, Salesforce, etc.) for targeting, segmentation, reporting for demand generation Experience managing budgets Experience in marketing or marketing research

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several US geographic markets. The base pay for this position ranges from $72,600/year in our lowest geographic market up to $155,200/year in our highest geographic market. Pay is based on a number of factors including market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Amazon is a total compensation company. Dependent on the position offered, equity, sign-on payments, and other forms of compensation may be provided as part of a total compensation package, in addition to a full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits.
