Please ensure you read the below overview and requirements for this employment opportunity completely. 2 weeks ago Be among the first 25 applicants Description The Senior Colleague & Labor Relations Partner at St. Joseph's Medical Center in Mishawaka, IN contributes to the development, implementation, and management of colleague relations strategies, philosophies, processes, and programs. Regularly interacts and consults with Saint Joseph Health System (SJHS) management and regional Colleague COE leadership to collectively manage, resolve, and trend colleague relations matters, including planning and conducting high risk and complex investigations and responding to complex and sensitive internal and external party complaints. Employment Type Full time Shift Day Shift Responsibilities Demonstrate the organization’s mission and core values consistently. Provide expertise and consultation on colleague relations policies, processes, and initiatives to promote a fair and positive working environment. Coach and counsel management on complex colleague relations issues, including investigations and complaint resolution. Collaborate with HR and management to ensure HR compliance and effective colleague relations services. Monitor and analyze the impact of colleague relations programs, developing remediation plans as needed. Manage investigations and resolution processes for sensitive colleague relations matters. Develop protocols for monitoring diversion and fitness for duty, ensuring compliance and remediation. Support organizational activities like mergers, divestitures, and acquisitions related to colleague relations. Conduct colleague relations training as needed. Ensure adherence to applicable laws, regulations, and organizational policies. Minimum Requirements Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or related field; Master’s preferred. Five or more years of related experience or equivalent. Knowledge of state and federal laws related to HR and colleague relations. Strong analytical, investigative, and communication skills.
