Director of Business Development
to join a fast-growing, high-end consumer brand. This role is perfect for a self-starter who thrives in entrepreneurial environments, excels at building relationships with sophisticated clients, and knows how to drive measurable growth. What You’ll Bring 5+ years of sales or business development experience, ideally with exposure to premium or luxury products/services. Proven track record of building and managing a personal pipeline, closing self-sourced opportunities, and achieving ambitious sales targets. Experience working with discerning clientele and navigating complex, consultative sales cycles. Strong business acumen, with prior experience either leading a business or contributing significantly to the growth of a larger organization. Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to convey ideas clearly and persuasively. What We’re Looking For Strategic and creative thinker who can identify high-potential opportunities and craft tailored solutions. Highly self-motivated, with a sense of ownership, urgency, and the ability to work independently while aligning with broader team goals. Confident communicator and relationship builder, able to inspire trust and foster long-term partnerships.
