Job Responsibilities: Lead client media measurement strategy including reporting, measurement, learning agendas, and test design. Understand client business challenges and develop measurement frameworks for success, in-flight optimization levers, and learning priorities. Work closely with internal and client teams to identify business needs and analytics opportunities, developing tools, dashboards, and techniques to optimize media performance. Guide reporting through automated processes, including consolidating data from many sources into a cohesive view. Develop, validate, and execute algorithms and predictive models to investigate problems, detect patterns, and recommend solutions. Required Skills/Experience/Education: Must have the following skills and experience to perform the above-mentioned tasks: Experience with digital media planning and buying using standard media metrics. Experience aggregating data for analysis from digital media platforms including DCM, SA360, TTD, and Facebook. Experience with digital tagging, tracking, QA, and maintenance. Experience with Google Analytics and Omniture. Experience with digital attribution methods, marketing mix modeling, measurement frameworks, KPI discovery, and tracking implementation. Experience with Python, SQL, Tableau, statistical modeling and quantitative methods, machine learning, data engineering, GCP, Snowflake, business intelligence and process optimization. Requires a Master's degree or foreign equivalent in Statistics, Economics, Engineering or related quantitative field and at least 1 year of experience as a Data Science or Analytics Manager or related occupation. The annual salary range for this position is $148,782-$159,000.
