Essential Duties and Responsibilities: Apply analytical methods to complex business problems to drive data-informed decisions Design and develop data visualizations and dashboards using Tableau or similar tools Translate non-technical business requirements into technical solutions, and vice versa Conduct independent research and analysis to identify and deliver data solutions Ensure data quality by applying established principles and standards Communicate findings and recommendations effectively through reports and presentations Collaborate across teams to support high-level decision-making processes Minimum Qualifications: Bachelors degree (preferred) in Statistics, Computer Science, Informatics, or a related field 5+ years of experience in a data analyst role Proficiency in SQL programming Strong problem-solving and critical-thinking skills Excellent communication skills (both written and verbal) Ability to work independently on end-to-end projects Strong quantitative and analytical abilities Preferred Knowledge, Skills and Abilities: Advanced proficiency in Tableau or similar data visualization tools Experience with statistical modeling tools (e.g., Python, R, Azure ML) Solid understanding of healthcare industry or related domain knowledge Strong design and data visualization skills Experience in applying data quality standards Ability to facilitate meetings and contribute to high-level strategic decisions You will be expected to work during normal business hours, which are Monday through Friday, 8:00 a.m. 5:00 p.m. Please note this job description is not designed to cover and/or contain a comprehensive listing of activities, duties or responsibilities that are required of the employee for this job.
