They are seeking a Technical Business Analyst to work on a strategic team developing software and solving technical problems across several domains, while participating in system requirements definition, testing, and implementation of enterprise-wide business applications. Responsibilities: • Requirement elicitation and documentation • Feature mapping and backlog management • STRONG technical understanding, preferably with a software development background • Work on a strategic team developing software and solving technical problems across several domain. • Participates in system requirements definition, testing, training, implementation, and support of enterprise-wide business applications. • Solicits business requirements through interviews, workshops, and/or existing system documentation or procedures. • Uses industry standard analysis techniques to uncover business requirements, such as data flow modeling, use-case analysis, and workflow analysis. • Documents the results of analysis activities using the appropriate templates and tools. • Makes recommendations regarding necessary changes on deliverables expected from other groups. • Assist with production support issues. • Assist with release activities. • Participate in all scrum ceremonies including Refinements, Sprint Planning, and daily Stand Ups. • Proven Leader in the field with Strong Interpersonal and communication Skills.
